Every order leaves the factory the same way it was made: checked. Bags are counted and stacked flat, rigid boxes are protected piece by piece, and export cartons are labelled by style and size so a mixed shipment can be unpacked in order at the other end.
From the warehouse, cartons move straight into container loading for sea freight, or are palletised for air freight when a launch date demands it. It is the last step of the process described on this page — and the reason the first steps are checked so carefully.
